and tried some the other day: 1 drop of this sauce on a tortilla chip. It is VERY VERY hot. Surprisingly flavorful, though. It started off warm and smoky, with a delightful tingly warmth. It then proceeded to get hotter and hotter and hotter. Quite an experience.

and have really enjoyed it. They are all very good, with complex flavors, my favorite is the After Death sauce, it has a great taste and is very yummy when put in a Prairie Fire. (tequila+hot sauce in a shot)
I LOVE Blair's. Death sauce is my favorite--the Afterdeath I find masks too many flavors to use as a food additive--the end hotness makes me miss the flavor of food by the end of a meal.

Mmm....death sauce....
