Everyday, on my way to work, in the work truck, I eat a huge peanut butter sandwich and a coffee. I find its a great start to a long day and kills the growl quick. Now im a fussy guy. I like my peanut butter a certain way. It has to be crunchy peanut butter and it has to be spread on thick! Any bread will do really. I've used english muffins, bagels, soft taco shells, hard taco shells, Whatever will hold it!!

    Tuna sandwich Malta style.

    Italian bread
    Tuna
    Mayo (lots of it)
    Salt and pepper
    Olives
    Capers
    Pickled cucumbers
And another slice of Italian bread

    Served with a Guinness.
Crap, I just drooled on myself.

There is one sandwich I look forward to every year and that is a turkey sandwich from left-overs from Thanksgiving. Just a basic sandwich bread, mayo, turkey, cheese and maybe some lettuce. Always hits the spot.

Agreed..sometimes I put the whole meal between bread, mayo, turkey, stuffing, spuds and even a dab of cranberry sauce mmmmm. Texas toast bread works great for this.
