Thanked: 1082Ive been enjoying "old crafty hen" for a few years now. Weighing in at 6.5% its not a session ale but it is an absolute stunning ale to savour.
Its a premium, vintage oaked beer from the legendary Morlands brewery established 1711.

Thanked: 1082Yes mate, it is a perfect mix of the oak aged fruity notes from the Old 5X and the lighter malty and toffee of Old Speckled Hen.
Its a very complex ale that delivers every time.

This cheeky little number is only brewed under a full lunar moon, with crystal malts and sovereign hops.

Thanked: 2284A beer from Great Lakes brewery called Pompous Ass. This is their English Ale. Easy drinking after a day at the Quarry swimming, curled up on the couch in some flannel pants, heavy wool socks, a nice big hoody and this beer in hand.... Very relaxing!

Thanked: 2284Ha! I've had that stuff too. If I recall correctly, it wasn't half bad!

stone IPA, funny enough stone makes Arrogant bastard ale as well but it doesn't come in a six pack.
