That will be me; I have attached a few picks of the batch of mead that I brewed in March, it is still aging and will be sampling one on Thanksgiving Day. I know, not exactly beer but this was my baptism by fire on brewing. HOG

Thanked: 983A mate of mine does his own mead. He has a decent sized yard in which he has a large vegetable patch, chickens and bee hives. He make's his own mead with the honey from his own bee's. A nice drop, but a little on the sweet side for me.
