2007, nice he did well, and now you can preform the gung fu tea ceremony with your friends. its a very unique way of drinking tea, youtube it, its interesting to watch
phil, i dont have any specific links, i have watched so many of them, and i do appologize i miss spelled its gong fu. what i have allways been somewhat surprised about is that they dont let the tea steap for more than a few seconds each time, i believe they steap for about 3 breaths on the first run and then on one added breath for each following infusion. then they drink from those small cups, i would be sitting there going after everyone elses cup just because i like the drink that much.
phil, how is your supply of lapsang doing, i am gettin ready to order some more for myself, along with some czar nicholas, i can throw a few extra oz on the order and send it your way if need be, let me know by thursday afternoon at the latest if your interested.
will do, ill get with you when i get it in the mail.
Chad, I did my own little ceremony... Brew, Pour & Drink... This 2007 has nice flavor... Time to ramp it up with a few more breaths... :)
