You need a tea companion for your tea tray Olav. A Toad. Our resident Man Bela' from Budapest has one named princess(I am of course refering to statuettes).:o
Yes, here is she: :D
Our Tea thread mascot !:D
I looked at tea pets or mascots but they are surprisingly expensive. Might buy a rearing horse down the line though. Fitting when living here I think :)
Bela', did Princess have those purple spots from the beginning or has she changed colour over time?

I was looking at a russian food blog and saw this glass down towards the bottom of the pageYulinka Cooks . Well it looks just like the glass I have. So I put it in the Russian glass holder, only to discover it did not fit. How sad I thought...but wait, what's the writing on the bottom of the glass ? It says Turkey along with a brand name "Pasabahce" hey wait a minute , that's the same brand as my turkish tea glass. By golly......turns out the glass is pretty thick and then I realize I have another style of Turkish tea glass.....Yay !! So here are all my Tea glasses now...The Russian Podstakannik 8 oz.,and the two Middleastern tea glasses. 4 1/2 oz. and 4 oz. How neat !:)Attachment 130302
