I had a similar experience. I usually use raw, washed sugar; ran out so I used some maple syrup. With a heartier tea, it's pretty good!

2255 on a Saturday night. Years ago, I'd be in a bar, sipping Crown Royal watching "festivities". Now, I'm at home, sipping tea, watching Anthony Bourdain. Things have changed, and I think for the better. The tea tonight is some apple flavoured black with a bit of raw sugar and a touch of cinnamon. I'm almost out of the apple tea, and although I was convinced it wasn't going to be reordered, I'm really liking my modification I've done to it. I guess it will go on the next order list. I hope everyone's having a good weekend!!

One of the residents brought this tea back from Israel for me. It actually is Spanish. It is a very ,very light green tea of some sort. .....It was awful. Oh well, it's the thought that counts ha ha. Settin down to my good ol PG Tips for the day.Attachment 130781Attachment 130782
