    I have found that being a tea party of one is not bad.You always know how you like it and you always get it that way. More cream and jam for yourself ha ha.Takes all the guess work out of being mother. let'em have their doilies as they are the ones missing out. Now go make that pot of tea and warm that scone up cause its time for a cuppa !

    A cuppa for one is certainly better than none but nothing compared to one that is shared.

    Well ………their chicken is good. Then again so is just about everything else on their menu. We got one down a few blocks. If you like it then it's good.

    Yep, if you like it that's all that matters. I don't think I've ever had Popeyes iced tea. Personally I like unsweetened but to each his own. I think Lipton's is some of the best tea there is for iced tea. A lot of places use Lipton's. I'll have to try their tea some time.

    Let you in on a secret............That Yorkshire you got makes excellent iced tea. Ive also made it with all the other brands listed and each is superb in it's own right. That includes the Oolongs and Russian but definitely not the butter tea;

    Brew up a 4bag pot or if its loose leaf then equal too. Let the pot brew 4 min. Take bags out and let tea cool. then add to a pitcher full of ice water, add sugar to your liking and or lemon and put back to fully chill.

    you either will love it or not. But I like it lots anyway.

    I agree if you like it that's what matters I like lots of different kinds of tea including sweet and I also had the pleasure of spending a small time but enough in the south to get a good taste for the southern style and when it's sweltering hot I'm always down for a pitcher.

    But of course it would unfortunately now have to be other than sugar sweetened due to the DB2. Thank God for Monk fruit again.

    People not from the southern US may not know "sweet tea".

    Sweet tea in nearly all restaurants is offered along with "iced tea" .

    The name says it all. It is very sweet and strong. Usually very strong. As said, Lipton is the leaf of choice.

    The tea we brew now is a close copy. Strong and sweet. No milk.

    Yep Lipton, strong not sure how many bags the wife puts in it, but the sugar for a pitcher is measured in multiple cups. True southern women. Originally from St. Louis I didn’t know sweet tea till meeting her, but I sure like it. Not sure about around the country but Popeyes has good sweet tea, McDonald’s, terrible. I,m off all sweets to make sure I don’t get diabetes, but I’m having my tea sweet!
