Now here's something new, In a five gallon serving jug, or the like take about 11 or 12 green apples and remove stickers and stems, then add enough gin to submerge the apples. add about 3-4 cups of dekruyper sour apple liquor and allow to sit, about a week. the apples remove the imperfections in the gin, and most of the strong bite. leaving a sour apple "apple juice". Its something all right. then if you want when your all done, you can eat the "gin apples" or mash them to make a different flavored applesauce. I know it sounds strange, but its actually pretty good.
