Damn,that is a good deal !! Score brother !!!👍🍽😇
Nicely marbled, Mike. 7$ a steak..awesome. And their leaning more to a porterhouse, than a T-bone.

Kitfo is a spicy chopped beef dish from Ethiopia, the beef is usually uncooked.
The hot flavor comes, for the most part, from the Ethiopian spice mitmita.
I usually have mine with a side of Gomen wat (Collard Greens sautéed with onions, garlic and ginger.)
Those of us who are familiar with Ethiopian dining don't bother using flatware, just scoop up your food with a strip of your Injera (Ethiopian flat bread.)
As far as I am concerned, all Ethiopian food is "finger food."

Never tried Ethiopian cuisine. Interesting.
Hey Mikey..!!!
Never tried it either.
Interesting beef dish. Is it scraped or ground beef?
I’ve enjoyed blue rare but nothing that looks like kitfo before
Thanks for mixing it up a bit!,
