For tonight, I kicked the wife outta the kitchen, got tired of her screwing up my brisket, always on the dry n tuff side.
But I've been cooking them at 350°f, for 4 hrs. :shrug: she says. :gaah::banghead:
Low n Slow, baby.
275°f 6 hrs. Basting every hour, after the first two hours. Pulled at 180°, let rest while I put together the sides. Homemade Mac n cheese, and sweet peas.
