I'm sure you've all heard it but BBQ is like sex it's only dirty when you do it right.
Whole chickens stuffed with apples and oranges, marinated in honey and smoked for three hours. Damn, they were good!

Everything I have seen leads me to think the Big Green Egg is the ultimate combination grill/smoker.
I continue to use my Weber Smokey Mountain smoker as I purchased it several years ago and it just will not die.
What's the approximate cost of a BGE? There's only one dealer in the city that carries them here, and I can't get out there for at least a few days to check... I've been wanting a charcoal grill and a smoker for some time now. This baby looks like it will handle both jobs quite nicely...
Edit: ouch - they run up to about $2000 here in Canada with some basic accessories. I think I'd be looking elsewhere...
