The Ileach works very well as a nightcap because the taste is so strong that it doesn't matter if you ate chilies all day, you will still be overwhelmed by the taste and the finish lasts long enough for you to still enjoy it while lying in bed waiting to fall asleep.

I usually have only one dram and very very rarely more than 2. However I usually only have a dram after good evening with (occasionaly) aperatifs and some nice wine with the meal. Originally Posted by Peterlh

Did I splurge? Did I go overboard? Will I enjoy working through everything that came in a package all the way from the UK for me from me? The answer to all three of those questions is, YES!
