New Orleans used to get a lot of coffee.
Used to know a guy in Biloxi(I think) whose family had been in the business of reclaiming coffee that had become damp during shipment. I would guess container ships have eliminated that hazard. If you don't care where you are, you are not lost.

Yummm!! It's all in the crema. You only get good crema when everything is right. Bean, grind, pack, pressure & temperature and pull time.

Seems there is no end to the enabling you guy's are capable of. I have a small sunbeam espresso machine(was cheap but works ok), mocca pot and 2 bodum french presses. I large maybe 4 cup and the other is a double wall travel cup with the press inside. Have a crappie electric blade grinder that works ok if you shake it ok while using but after reading the thread seems I may want a hand grinder and possibly a pour over a vac pot to try as well.
My wife calls me.........Can you just use Ed
