Have you used the pour over method before? I simplified my regular coffee consumption with a French press. But I have been intrigued by the possibility of getting a Chemex or something similar.

I need to post a pic of my Christmas coffee presents - the electric version of the gooseneck kettle and a Chemex 6 cup pour over.
It fits in to my 2016 pledge: "less coffee, better coffee"

I keep thinking "why didn't I do this sooner?"

But I could add a long list to that (shave with a Straight, take up the Bass Guitar, go to Italy, Australia, Hong Kong etc etc.)

IMHO it is worth the effort...

    You guys are really lucky!
I awoke to the joy of both grinders being tango uniform. Got one fixed...burrs... and the other can await the wrenches.
Then... this cell phone was lost in its boot routines. It is very fortunate that I have mellowed over the years! Gently trying button combinations fixed that...
    Have a great day!
