That's what I did . I still like a hit of milk , usually 1%
. Haven't drank pop in years .....that stuff will kill you outright.
I just use some soda water in a fruit juice , for the fizzy effect.

I never drink coffee anything but black. French roast in a french press is the bee's knees man.
I quit drinking any kind of caffeine after 1030 am. 11 at the latest. I dont sleep very well as is, caffeine later than that makes it impossible.

If I put anything in my coffee it's usually alchoholic... Irish Creme, Rum Chata, or just plain whiskey.

Not a great choice for workday mornings but I normally reach for this, especially to stave off the bone chilling winds of the brutal Central Florida winter


For the morning if you're omitting sugar you might try a foofy coffee (i.e. Kona, Hazel Nut, French Vanilla, etc.) with a splash of half and half or just drink it black.

Try Tepleton rye whiskey.

I drink a cup in the morning and another in the afternoon. I use cream and sugar. I used to use a lot of white sugar, but I cut back years ago. For the sugar, I use a packet of Equal and a packet of Sugar in the Raw. I found that Equal is the only sugar sub whose taste I can tolerate. I've tried agave, but I prefer to use it in my fresh margaritas than my coffee.

Irish whiskey, or Bailey's. Then I have another...

That looks absolutely delicious. And given I am currently on my lunch break, I am going to consume this microwaved meal and pretend I am having what you are having.

The last post reminds me of a short film I saw.

This guy is walking along a beach and he sees this canoli just sitting there on a plate. He picks it up and examines it and eats it and next you see a line going out to sea from his mouth and he's pulled into the surf and disappears.
