Coffee ............... then what?
Just use less sugar until you cut it completely. Then do the same with cream. Use less then switch to low fat milk then cut that. Use the best coffe you can afford.

I drink a cup in the morning and another in the afternoon. I use cream and sugar. I used to use a lot of white sugar, but I cut back years ago. For the sugar, I use a packet of Equal and a packet of Sugar in the Raw. I found that Equal is the only sugar sub whose taste I can tolerate. I've tried agave, but I prefer to use it in my fresh margaritas than my coffee.
