Booze as emergency aftershave
Hallo gentlemen,
Yesterday I found myself without any aftershave splash. It's too hot here by now and I was in need of something cool and refreshing after morning shave, so I pick a dab of Tanqueray from the fridge and gave it a try.
Dudes, it worked wonderfully, and I love how it smells (besides being pricy).
Suddenly, a question popped in my mind.
Had any of you tried any booze as aftershave? How did it performed?
Cheers,

Most of the old aftershaves were 152 proof !
That said where one use was not needed another was found!
They just added spice so as to not smell like a real drunk!

Laphroiag Quarter Cask makes a lovely aftershave.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

And that was the day everyone at work assumed Matheus was an alcoholic. "Yeah, he came in stinking of gin. It was like he bathed in the stuff."
Razor rich, but money poor. I should have diversified into Eschers!

Gin is not too common here to people realize it, just the right people. [emoji16]
