    This cracked me up!

You have got to admit that the cream and balm both have a strong clay smell to them, one that is not evident in the product descriptions. I find it very difficult to purchase AS or ASB scent-unsmelled, but there aren't many places one can go to sniff some of these products first!

Proraso is also a "classic" aftershave, yet it smells crisp, clean, and fresh. I was hoping that the Musgo would have more patchouli notes, as I'm looking for something to pair with SRD's Sweet Patchouli soap, one of my favorite scents - any suggestions?

    Chad,

I agree; it is impossible to buy an after-shave or cologne without smelling it first

    Have fun !

    Best regards

I'm with Ryan here. I like both the Musgo Real shaving cream as wll as the aftershave/cologne. True the cologne does have a tacky feeling immediately after application, but once it dries that disappears.

Oh well, to each his own--and that's especially true of men and their shaving creams and aftershaves/colognes.
