Wow you must have skin of steel.
I find on this forum about once every couple of months a new member who asks about irritation and most times I find that they use a scrub of some sort and when they eliminate the scrub they have fewer problems.
Some acne treatments can be quite irritating to the skin. It partially depends on what type of acne treatment you use. I would recommend that you contact a doctor and ask. I believe, though that you might want to avoid using the two together, but rather start by alternating days. I don't know where you are located, but this time of year is harsh on skin in my area, I would want to try mixing the two when the weather is more forgiving.
It would also depend on if you have used this product in the past and how it reacted with your skin.
