Thread: What's your favorite weeper cure?

Styptic pencil and block alum are both made of alum, but not the same kind. Read the Internet for further clarification.

At any rate, I never get weepers, but still manage the occasional cut. Usually, I do a glacial cold water rinse, rub on my alum block, throw in some AS splash, and if that's not sufficient, a dust of talc. Does the job.

Forgot about talc. Now that's old school, right there.

Since my first styptic experience...no weepers. Still planning to use the witch hazel as so many seem to love it as a regular post shave treatment.
