Gentlemen,
Yes, Trumper's Skin Food works much better as an aftershave than a pre-shave.

Thanked: 1Hi all.
I use the flood pre shave lotion. I love the feeling.
Although, I also don't believe it does anything. Lol, can't say I notice any shave difference with or without to be 100% honest.
Still smells good, feels nice and it's like a little shave ritual so whatever.
Cheers
Matt

Thanked: 8Been making my own, seems to work as well as the stuff I have purchased and a dam site cheaper to boot.

Thanked: 0+1 to making my own. I can buy the raw ingredients in bulk along with a few essential oils and experiment. Much cheaper, and I can tailor it to my liking.
I also like Trufitt and Hill Ultimate Comfort pre-shave oil, though. Fresh lemon scent, and much less thick and viscous than others such as AOS.Last edited by Esquire; 10-13-2014 at 02:19 AM.

I have been a devoted Pre Shave Oil user for around 3 years. I use it every day.
My top 2 oils are Truefitt & Hill Ultimate Comfort & my favourite is Murdock of London-Avalon Pre Shave Oil.
I have some Village Barber oil waiting to be tested (Jody mentioned earlier in this thread) maybe it can break into the top 2?
