I tried it once and didnt dig the scent in the bar. Maybe I should dig it out again and give it a go... I know its around here somewhere.

I used to use Shave Secret shave oil as a pre-shave prep until I watched your (Lynn's) video where you said you used olive oil soap as a pre-shave. I started doing that also and it has worked well for me. It does make sense though to use a shave soap for as a pre-shave prep.

Have any of you tried adding a little liquid lanolin to your shaving soap or even shower soap. I add it to the olive oil soaps and wow. Kinda of an uber thing.
IMHO it makes most real soaps feel more luxurious

I've been using the MWF bar soap in the shower. It has greatly improved my dry skin. No more itchy, flaky patches on my legs and arms.

I bought three bars of MWF bath soap.
Two are going as presents and I will use the third as a pre-shave wash in lieu of Noxema. I really like how Noxema does not dry my face so MWF will have to do a super job. Let you know around New Year's day.

After a week's use I liked the bath soap enough to order more for gift giving.

I bought a few bars and really like it. I too have been using Noxema as a pre-shave for years, mainly to finally get rid of a few partial containers left behind by a girlfriend 15 years ago, but I like the MWF better.

I also like this idea for another reason. I have a horrid square puck of an olive oil based shave soap that is a lather killer. I'm too cheap to throw it away but now I can use it up and make use of the nice wood box it came in.

I'm looking forward to trying the MWF in the shower as well.

    Thanks for the tip Lynn!
