Very nice and you are a lucky man with a talented wife! Love the size, not super bulky, and the grooves inside look like they would help build a super lather.
    Enjoy!

Thanks! This has been a journey of trials for her and the design is something we've arrived at with suggestions from the members here.
I will be sure to show her your comments they are much appreciated.

Get a white dog scuttle from Mike's wife ( Mcbladescar ) You won't be disappointed. I have a scuttle from Classicedge, their in house branded one, and found it to small and awkward to use. When I found out Mike's wife was making these quality scuttles, I asked for a bit larger one, with a 6 inch diameter top. She came through, and the scuttle I got from her far exceeded my expectations. Especially once I got it home and used it. I face lather, but have found that using the scuttle with my creams is far more pampering than what I was doing before. Nothing like lathering my second and third pass with warm lather. It's amazing.

This is my XL soup mug that I got at the thrift store for .50 cents that I use to use for bowl lathering. Now it just gets used to soak my brushes before each shave.

This is my Classic Edge scuttle that I never use and will be going to the monthly give-aways. I find the main bowl too deep and too narrow for it to work properly.

And this is my White dog scuttle from Mcbladescars wife that I will be keeping forever cause it's just so darn awesome!

+1 to the white dog from Mikes wifes kiln. It's my favorite shave mug.
I have a vintage old spice mug, a copper one from Egypt, and the classic edge white scuttle identical to Andrews.
Of them all, the WD is my go to scuttle since receiving it.

I just use the plastic bowl that comes with the soap I purchase online from WV. No need for fancy.

Wanted to show off another White Dog Pottery Scuttle. [emoji2] Great size and weight, keeps lather warm and lathers great. Top it off with beautiful colour!
