I rotate brushes but only use one for each shave. I don't try to exfoliate but I do prefer brushes with scritch and use them for normal lathering. IOW, I don't overdo it.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I shower before shaving. When I wash my face in the shower I use a boars hair brush with Clinique mild soap then use a badger hair brush for lathering.
I tend to use a brush to wash my face and had a hard time finding a brush that was semi-soft for cleaning my face when I realized my shaving brush would be ideal.

I only own one useable brush. I used to have a second one but it feel apart after a few years.
I don't believe in Exfoliating. What else does a razor do but remove the unwanted stuff from your face right down to the good skin.

Thanked: 1371I just use one brush per shave, and I don't know anything about exfoliating.
Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.
