I agree with Joe. The rash sounds like something other than razor burn. Possibly the alcohol in the product is aggravating tiny little nicks you get while shaving sort of like shaving with aftershave rather than putting it on afterward. Sounds like a good time to try a hot towel in stead. Some guys swear by that. Almost makes me jealous that I don't shave my face.
