Finally after a year of trying to remember to order Proraso when ordering from SRD I finally just ordered several different soaps and creams including Red and Green Proraso and have been trying the Proraso this week. I really like both for their lather and I was surprised with the sandalwood, which I'm usually not that fond of, but I like this one, I know I do, the wife told me so. The menthol I'm not so sure of, but afterward it leaves a nice clean smell. Overall for me, these are keepers and will see a lot of use. Never tried the old formulas.
Regards,
Howard

It appears like the majority of the users of the new Proraso sandalwood enjoy the product performance and fragrance. I am halfway through my tube now and consider it to be an excellent performer. But for some it seems they find the fragrance less than satisfactory. The fragrance is not among my most favorite sandalwood creams; however, for the money this Proraso sandalwood is a better buy than any of them.

Would you believe I *still* have yet to see the new Prorasos at a pharmacy here in Montreal? What the hell is up with that?

I bought a tube of Proraso red at Vasco in Montreal. I have yet to find the red at the pharmacies. To my surprise, it was 8 $, instead of the typical 10$ asked at pharmacies.
I must say, I quite like the red, it produces a good thick long lasting lather.
