Thanked: 6Just did my first face lather w/o using a bowl to make my lather. I actually like it better! It went on alot warmer! It also was alot wetter. I think I've been getting my lather to dry. Thanx Guys!!

Just make sure you soak your brush and then shake most of the water out...and then do 20-25 swirls ( dont skimp ) or more and then you can go right to face lathering or you can put that loaded brush into a scuttle and swirl it around for 30 seconds MAYBE add a few drops of water (5-10) and swirl another minute and you will have your lather in a bowl from a puck of soap.

I don't know about you guys but I have always face-lathered. All my soaps are pucks/in bowls except for the one shave stick that I own (Palmolive). I think using a shave stick once in a while will let you appreciate the face lathering a lot more. Just rub it all over your face and then start to work a wet brush in to it. You will have a lather explosion in no time!!
