cubancigar do you use the RR wax or balm?

I've been _very_ happy with Mama Bear's "winter balm." I like the unscented (smells like witch hazel & other stuff), but you can get it in pretty much any of her scents.

I'll be trying Em's, but Mama Bear's will always be one of the bottles on my dresser.

The wax comes in a small tub. It's like a thick cream. You dab a little on your fingers and rub it on your face. It is the best! I think many don't buy it as they are put off by it being called a "wax". It's really just a thick facial cream.

    For RR aftershaves:
A splash or lotion is the runniest.
A balm or milk is a runny cream.
A wax is a thick cream.

You can buy it via IB or other North America. Store. In Oz, Shaver Hut sells it.

OCD I'd be interested in the EM's but I'm not sure anyone in Australia stocks it. I know I could get it sent internationally but usually the shipping makes it too expensive

International orders: Em's Place, Inc. regrets it currently does not ship to Canada or other international destinations. This is due to custom constraints, shipping costs, governmental bureaucracy and offshore payment scams.

That is too bad it looks like a good product
    Oooops. Didn't notice that.

I used mostly the coral skin food because the scent is pretty soft, natural, and doesn't last so whatever fragrance I wear isn't affected (and I like good rose scent). I haven't bought a new bottle after I ran out of it and sometimes the sandalwood skin food which I still have, especially when I wear sandalwood cologne. I've started also using the aloe vera gel that I get at grocery store - it's a USA company jason organics, but I imagine you may find something locally. I don't have particularly sensitive skin though and with the good soaps and creams and straight razor I could even forego the aftershave and have done on occasion without ill effect.

Martin de Candre has some really stellar balm/oil after shave treatment.
    Xpec much the same.
They are more oils than balms, but soothes and moistures really well.
With no ill effect on my skin.

Geo F. Trumper's skin food is also very nice.
D R Harris has some very nice ASB's as well, great scents that leaves you feeling well pampered.
    Bjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

Floris Santal ASB (especially when used together with the FLoris Santal shaving cream and Floris Eau de Santal EDT)
St. John's Caribbean Bay Rum ASB (especially when used together with the St. John's Caribbean Bay Rum EDT)
Burberry Brit for Men ASB (especially when used together with the Burberry Brit for Men EDT)
Castle Forbes 1445 ASB (especially when used together with the Castle Forbes 1445 EDP)
Acqua di Parma Colonia ASB (especially when used together with the Acqua di Parma Colonia shaving cream and Acqua di Parma Colonia EDT)
Geoffrey Beene "Grey Flannel" ASB (especially when used together with Geoffrey Beene "Grey Flannel" shaving cream and Geoffrey Beene "Grey Flannel" EDT)
Crabtree & Evelyn "Sandalwood" ASB (especially when used together with QED "Sandalwood" shaving soap and Fresh "Cannabis Santal" EDP)
You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

That's a few suggestions! Thanks! I see Mama Bears available here too

Has anyone tried Al's Shaving products? They have a range or balms - no one seems to mention them they are made in America
