Menthol Monday went as planned:
Prep- Noxzema
Lather- Stirling's Glacial Wintergreen
Blade- Astra
Razor- RazoRock Mission
Post- Witch Hazel
AS- Aqua Velva Blue
Balm- Stirling's Margaritas in the Arctic
I then finished up with some Kleenex to blow my nose. No I am not sick it's just that soap would make a Yeti's nose run.
Cheers,
John

Menthol Monday with a twist (of lemon). My last order from Stirling included a couple of bath soap samples. I do like their bath soap and had some on this last order. This time they included a sample of their Lemon Chill bath soap.
Pre Shave- Shower with Stirling Lemon Chill bath soap
Lather- Uber lather of Stirling Glacial Osidian and AOS unscented cream
Razor- Wacker Jungmeister 8/8 spanish point
AS- Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill
Cologne- Bath and Bodyworks White CitrusThe easy road is rarely rewarding.

So I also get in some new components for Menthol Monday and get to put them both to use today.
Prep is the short and cold finish shower
Still Cremo Pre because I packed the Noxema away for a bathroom model
Soap is the newly arrived Stirling Glacial Obsedian
Razor is a Max Sprecher 8/8 Barbers Notch
AS is the Clubman Jeris Osage Rub
The soap is a menthol slap that seems to hit you early, often and then again...
For me it was the start of my second, S to N mostly ATG pass.
I raise up my chin, evidently change the convection flow and cold tears start flowing...
Icy, cold, tears - a very interesting sensation.
Power through, fantastic shave, that Osage Rub is a bargain worth hunting down...

The Lemon Chill bath soap has a great scent and there is a ton of lather! The Chill portion is interesting...hot shower with goose bumps. The strength of the menthol is felt strongly in some rather...umm, interesting places.

Really great shave this morning; took off two days growth in two passes. I am ready for Monday (at least until I get to work).

My Monday's are falling into a comfortable routine of Glacial Obsidian and Glacial Lemon Chill AS. The only thing that changes is the razor. Today it is my Bechon Frame back straight off my Shaun stone/HGH. So sharp the whiskers jump off, at the sight of the blade approaching!

I bought the orange chill soap and AS. Tried it twice and gave it away. Just didn't like it...it seemed to burn. I got the Glacial Lemon Chill AS and it is great. Ice cold for more than 30 min...the smell reminds me of lemon drop candy. The old fashioned ones that would make me pucker up.
