Thread: Pores have oil.

The AoS preshave oil is thick and if you use more than about a dime sized amount it will make a sticky mess on your face and blade. It will hold up through more than one pass of the razor though.

I definitely used more then a dime size amount. Maybe I'll give it another shot using a lot less. But at this point I don't see the point of it

Also, make sure your face is wet. You want a small amount spread evenly over the whiskers.

Like Rezdog, I did not find AoS Pre-shave oil to noticeably enhance my shave.
