    Default Italian Floid

I just received about 1 litre of Italian Floid in the mail today. Smells good and feels great. 1 litre should be enough to slap a little on me face when the little lady and I go out for dinner for the rest of my life. Cool looking bottle to have on the shelf.

I have a bottle of the Spanish Floid in the mail. I can't wait to try it.

Good source for Floid? What's the difference between the Italian and Spanish?

Someone in Europe is shipping the 400ml Spanish version to me. I haven't yet found a place in the US. As for the differences between the Spanish and Italian version, I believe it's just the scent. There is a Blue mentholated version as well.

My business is making custom guitar effects. I had a customer from Italy that I did some bartering with (which I'm very open to do I might add). We both got an excellent deal.

I got two of those 400ml bottles (one in the stock bottle, one in a plastic water bottle to save on shipping). Each are really about 490ml, don't let the label fool you. I know because I had to transfer the one from the plastic bottle to a better container. You get a lot more than what's listed on the 400ml bottles.

I've not tried the Italian Blue or the Spanish Floid (next on my list of things to do before I die...). The regular Italian Floid is sort of a talcum powder scent meets - Aqua Velva feel about it. It's got the menthol bomb of the Aqua Velva but does not have the menthol scent. To quote others, more an "old world barbers shop scent".

    Good source for Floid?
Boy have I looked. I would try to make a deal with someone from one of those countries (trade an item that's hard for them to get cost effective over there). The 400ml Italian Floid goes for about $17-19 USD in Italy. Shipping on two if you take one out of the glass bottle and put it in a plastic water bottle (other wise the price doubles) is about $26 USD (confirmed). So you got to take it from there.

I'm reluctant to spend that much on something that I don't know if I would like or not. If only I knew someone that had a couple of bottles that might be willing to sell me a 50 ml sample bottle...

I looked, but I did not see the wide-eyed puppy dog icon in the smiles list.

Nope, it does not work. Damn, I have to brush up on my html.

Please start doing something good for bass, and we could make a nice exchange.
A good distortion not ruining my bass frequencies for harder rock parts and some chorus/synth bass for dark-wave basslines.

Here I buy 400 ml Orange and Blue Floyd for something like 14 euros, the bigger pre/post Proraso (550 ml) for 8 euros (the small is less than 2 if I'm right).

    All the best

Floïd has been a classic one in the barbershop in the last century in spanish. Beginning its manufacture in 1932 and has been known by all the old ones that was shaved in the barber'ses shop. There are 2 versions, vigorous and the soft and are of color orange, the blue one is colony. There are 150ml and 400 sizes of mililiter. In Barcelona the one of 150ml costs 6 euros.
