    I agree.

So far, I liked all Nivea products that I have tried, but I might be genetically predisposed as my mother used to slap the ubiquitous Nivea cream in my face and on my hands when I was little, and it seems to have worked reasonably well in the following 65 years.

As far as scent is concerned, I never expected outstanding impressions from Nivea.
You might call it the Nordic antidote to the Proraso Green effect, as Nivea products tend to have a pleasant but otherwise unremarkable scent.
In short, I think of Nivea as dependable skin care first and perfume only second.

Regarding using Cool Kick as mosquito repellent, I might have to try that next year.
Either the mosquitoes in my neck of the woods have changed or I have become more sensitive to them, but the bites in the last two seasons were particularly bad.
Almost put me off having barbecues....
