You might try Aqua Velva ...
... or to stick with the Pinaud, I'd agree with the "add a balm" guys, above. Try Mama Bear's 'summer' aftershave milk, unscented.

Take a look at the J/A/S/O/N products. Aloe vera based, they should work nicely. I get mine at Wild Oats.
