Osage rub is made by the same guys that make Pinaud/Clubman, and Jeris. American International Industries or for us aiibeauty.com and has quite the collection. Jeris is the named manufacturer of Osage Rub and you can find it in many Barber Supplies. I know that last time I was there Appleton Barber Supply had some 10 - 12 bottles I think.....

If you put salt around the rim and a paper umbrella in it, it will taste better! Actually, back in the 70's a guy in my unit actually would drink it if he was hard up.

Well, I reckon you'd have good breath, but it'd be mighty harsh going down.

He was one of old hard line sergeant alcoholics. It put down some mighty strange stuff. I wasn't about to check his breath.

I remember doing AV shooters with a few guys from my section as a dare while doing my recruit course. It goes down pretty strong with an aftertaste that just won't quit.

Welcome to the "Good Old Days" Tulip !

With all the "Intoxicating" scents available now-a-days, (not only in aftershave, but also in lathers)........I LOVE using a "blast-from-the-past" once in a while !

As I've said on other threads, The only two aftershaves my old-man ever had in our bathroom were "Old Spice, and Aqua-Velva" !

    Marko.....
I've given that the eye on the shelf as well. When I go to pick up milk tonight, I'll pick up a bottle.

My dad also had a bottle of 'Lectric Shave, too, but I'll have to ask him why he used it because he used a DE. He had one, but he hated the thing.

I've used the Aqua Velva quite a bit, and I also bought a bottle of Old Spice AS. My wife likes the OS better, but I've grown to really like the AV.

    Welcome aboard, Phantom!

Acetylsalicylic acid is aspirin, which is also an anti-clotting agent. Does the label suggest you use your styptic pencil after you splash on the AS?
