    I can top that.

Mine broke up with me because I slept on her side of the bed one night.

Hey this could be a thread on its own. "The silliest reasons for breaking up with someone"

    Sorry man, just kidding.

    Good luck, Danb.
    Good Morning Gentlemen,

Just because I don't have an Aftershave on the table yet, doesn't mean I'm not paying attention. Now....I found this thread to be quite interesting!

Considering the difference between Aftershave ( for face ) or a light Cologne......for face/body scent and their proper placement would indeed come into foreplay.... ...chuckle...... but I didn't realize that Aftershave would stay on the skin for such a long period of time.

Hmmm......Which must be because most of the men I've known in my life have had beards........and as I write this I've come to the immediate conclusion that there is a hidden psychological reason buried deep within my psyche for my love of straight razors.....

Aftershave taste on skin duly noted!

If skin food does for me what she did, I'd never stop using it : )

I have just used Trumper's Lime Skin Food for the first time. I am very impressed with both the product & its scent. Silver likes the smell but declined to try the taste...

Not really being into face licking I decided why bother?! Spike did have a gloriously smooth face after using the skin food though, had me purring like a kitten in no time.

Sorry about the GF Danb I'm sure there are plenty more potentials out there for you.

    Default thanks to everyone.

thanks guys, gals, and anyone else...haha. I appreciate the well wishing, the jokes, and everything in between. The issue was really because Im of the , don't shave until right before going to see a girl, hence aftershave was put on very close to when said face was potentially licked/kissed.

Default Reason for the offensive taste...

Trumpers is a glycerin based product. Glycerin is used in the food industry as a sweetener and thickening agent. I'm sure if she were to describe the taste it would "Sweet, but not sugar sweet, more nasty sweet." if that makes sense.

Glycerin has a tendency to stick around (which is why it smooths so well and protects the skin) but that means that the taste is going to be there as well.

If you take a little witch hazel and use it to thin out the skin food it may assist with absorption in the skin as witch hazel and glycerin are like peanut butter and jelly, they really compliment each other well.

Glycerin is readily available at health food stores and when mixed in about a 1-10 ratio with witch hazel it makes an awesome moisturizer and aftershave.

Just add a little natural vanilla and almond extract and your girlfriend can lick your face all she wants, you'll taste like a cookie.

Try it on cracked ice with a splash of vermouth and an olive. Shaken, not stirred, of course.
