odorless aftershave ???
So I got my order a week or so ago of my mama-bears shave soap and LOVE the scents....
My thing is this. While I love the scents I end up covering up that wonderful and faint scent with the old Aqua Velva aftershave....
My question is this.... What is there to use to firm and tighten up after shaving that wont cover the soap scent I really like ?
It's always been my way to wear unscented deodorant so that I can smell like my cologne and NOT must scented deodorant.

If firm and tighten up is what you're after the alum block/styptic pencil will serve you well.
For additional moisturizer it may be hard to find completely odorless. Most oils/butters that are good would have some sort of odor. I haven't used plain witch hazel, but I suspect it'll have some herbal smell to it. May be glycerin (the trumper's skin food has it)?
But may be you don't need the extra conditioning, depends on your skin.

I also suggest an alum block

Thanked: 586After you shave, do a cold water rinse, slap on some rubbing alcohol and then re-apply a good heavy lather of the soap of which you most like the scent. The smell will stay with you all day long, and people probably won't come up to you asking directions or other annoying things. Walking around with a face covered with lather is even more effective if you put your underwear on outside your dress pants. Be sure to carry a full size, double bit axe to complete the look.

I use Thayers alcohol free witch hazel with aloe. It's got a scent reminiscent of sunscreen when it first goes on, but disappears by the time you're out the door.

I use a Nivea balm. It has a slight scent when first applied, but after a few mins the soap smell shines through.

I use the Art of Shaving unscented aftershave balm; it has almost no scent and is a very good product.
