They really do have amazing service, I noticed this as well, and like you it was part of the deciding factor to make my initial purchase and continue to purchase with them

They are really a quality company. I really enjoy using their products and will for a lifetime.

i like their rose and violet but i think they use way too much coloring. i'll prob. only buy the violet scent and get the rose from taylors to save some money.

I just emailed them and asked for a couple of samples. I’m intrigued about what I’ve heard about the Spanish Leather and the Wild Fern. I’m not a big fan of patchouli though so I’m interested on how it would smell combined with the other fragrances.

they ship their samples very quick! They give many cologne samples but not as many shaving cream samples. The only problem is many of their shaving creams IMO smell nothing like their colognes lol. But, they are one of the few companies left that I know of who give out samples still.

I just got my samples yesterday. The skin food is awesome. Not sure if the tiny amount of shaving cream samples can get a good lather, especially since I've never even deviated from my Classic shaving soap. The Sandalwood and Spanish colognes are nice too.

I've received samples from Trumper's a while back, and the cream lathers up very well. Their sandalwood has a wonderful scent in my opinion, and the lime skin food as a preshave oil / aftershave balm was fantastic.

Same here. I wasted the first sample I tried because I had never used the soft creams before, and I used the entire sample then rinsed the brush and mug. The next sample I tried I used less than half of the sample for each shave and refrained from rinsing the mug until two shaves later when I used a different scent. (of course I rinsed the brush)

I am having a problem with the email address - enquires@trumpers.com. I have tried it twice about a week apart, and each time received an "undeliverable" message. Any ideas? Thanks.
