    David,
I am talking about the fragrance-free moisturizer, not the skin food. Although, the latter could be interesting in and of itself .

I must try that one... have yet to lay my hands on it.
I've been using the Lucido AS and their "Face Care Milk" together for a little wile now and i love the way they leave my skin feeling.

I love aftershave balms, and have tried a few the last two years. A big suprise, but the absolutely best I have tried is Gentlemens Tonic Aftershave cream. It has a wonderful smell, is 100% ecologic, and has the perfect substance. It really shootes the skin after shaving, and give your skin a baby like smoothness. I had never heard or read anything about this producer before, so that is why I got suprised when I tried this aftershave cream. Just superb. My TOBS Sandalwood luxury balm feels like a cheap, mass produced product compared to this cream, and I love TOBS

Excellent David...If you have a Milk or equivalent, it's pretty much the same. The same can be done with Milks (DR Harris, Lucido, etc...). The formula is some kind of moisturizer/Milk + AS Splash

"De Vergude Hand" is what i used for a long time. Recently (since discovering SRP) i have been using different brands....
When it comes to aftershave balms, i recently tried "Cool Water" by Davidoff. Rapidly becoming a favorite....

    L'Occitane Aftershave Balm is great.
It comes in three different basic senses, Levanter, Sandalwood and Cypress.

What, nobody recommended Proraso yet? It's a great balm, makes your face feel fresh and healthy, and if you had a rough shave, you can put on some Pre/Post cream before applying the balm.

Very useful tool when you are learning how to maintain your razor...

My other favourite is Caron Pour Un Homme. Now, when it comes to perfumery products, as opposed to strictly barbershop products like Proraso, you will notice that many fragrances share the same base. For example, Tabac and Pino Silvestre AS splashes have exactly the same ingredients. It's to be expected, since some cosmetics company must manufacture the base that is then scented by the perfumer. But some bases are better than others, and whichever one Caron chose is absolutely amazing. Not the most affordable, but if you use Pour un Homme EdT, it's a product to have.

I have been using Kiehls ultimate men's aftershave balm and moisturiser for about a month and find it gives me the best result of all my balms. Including the Geo F Trumper limes skin food Taylor of old Bond Street luxury Sandalwood aftershave gel Etc. I let it soak in and just before I go out a splash of aftershave or cologne and 'wallah' ready to face the world.

I like Bigelow's Bay Rum. Great soothing cream that has a touch of the alcoholic burn of its namesake.

My three favorites are AOS Lavender, L'Occetaine and Coral Skin Food. All three are very soothing and have nice scents that don't last too long and clash with colognes.

I want to try one of the DR Harris milk formulas but have stocked up on splashes for the summer with Floid Blue, Floid Suave, Fine American Blend and Platinum.
