Thanked: 485This post brings back some memories; I've always had very oily skin (my mother calls it 'European' (German father)). Even now if I rub my hand across my brow it comes away VERY shiny. I guess the bonus part is I save on moisturisers. Down side is it looks silly. I remember when I was 16, working as a shop assistant, I'd soak several cotton balls in Witch Hazel, put them in a plastic zip bag in my pocket, and wipe my face with them several times a day (we had a very filthy washroom that didn't lend itself to hygiene). I was weird and obsessive even back then. Now I'm considering buying Witch Hazel again 33 years later!
Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Nivea makes a respectable balm, with a very light scent that won't interfere w/ your AS of choice.

Thanked: 599The Castle Forbes 1445 ASB is wonderful... and quite expensive. Another good one is St. John's Bay Rum ASB... and it's eminently affordable.
Bottom line: I own both of them, like both of them, and use both of them. You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.
