    To ReardenSteel-

That was a big part of it - she said I smelled like her childhood dentist!
I have never tried any Bay Rum scent - sounds like that should be my next attempt.

I don't know of anyone who has positive memories of their childhood dentist. Too bad, Pinaud is a classic staple for any shave den.
Why doesn't the taco truck drive around the neighborhood selling tacos & margaritas???

I agree, you can't go wrong with Aqua Velva. It's cheap, has a good sting factor, and all of the scents smell good & last a long time.

Ekureka! I just spent $3 on a bottle of Aqua Velva Musk the other day and tried it for the first time. My wife's eys got big and she took a second whiff....jackpot! I'd just spent $59 a few weeks before on some Aqua de Gio, or whatever it's called, and got NO reaction from her. Everyone had told me that all chicks dig it. Maybe they meant chicks under 30.

Old spice has come to be one of my favorites for a nice flashback. Not to mention, it smells fantastic.

I have the Clubman talc as well, but only use it in the summer. I can see I will have to try some of the other Clubman products (not the hargel) as well. Good to see someone still likes Old Spice.

Ryan you can buy Clubman products online from Fendrihan.com located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Got my original Clubman a couple of days ago. I'm besotted! I also got Dominica Bay Rum at the same time and I'm thinking the Clubman is just a tad better than the Bay Rum. I keep putting it on every hour or so; a bit of gardening, wash face, apply Clubman, throw the baseball with my son, wash face, apply Clubman, sit in the sun for an hour or so reading Aldous Huxley, wash face, apply Clubman, trim the hedge, wash face, apply Clubman....

I've just found my Zombie Apocalypse of the third Millennium Aftershave....
