Thread: What is your fragrance of the day?

Hanae Mori today, gentlemen.

This is a near-tragedy bottle of my "I no longer wear cologne" period. I have about 5 or 6 bottles of cologne that I bought about 7 to 10 years ago but never used. The fragrances are now migrating a bit from the factory manufacture, but IMO they are still acceptable. Certainly not off-putting.

Mostly because of THIS thread, I have started wearing colognes again, so I will hopefully start going through these older full bottle fragrances before they are totally off fragrance.

I paired Hanae Mori with Nivea Sensitive cream and balm. My favorite aftershave balm because it's so soothing. I am not sensitive in shaving, but this balm feels so wonderful, I use it frequently. It has no scent, so I can wear any cologne I want.

English Leather initially today, gents. Part of my morning shave, then a refresh later with Sandalwood and Bergamot;



Later this morning, I'm whittling down (slow but sure) my old stock of cologne. I am not certain this will be a perfect match for English Leather, but I think it will be close. In any event, it's what's on the agenda for cologne today;

I did Arko/Skin Bracer today. This seems to pair well with Skin Bracer. Another of my rarely used fragrances. Trying to whittle these down with use for a change.

Clubman Friday

Clubman Bay Rum in the pump decanter. I can't find anything that my nose will pair to this as EDT for a shine on the fragrance, so this will be it today. Clubman Bay Rum Friday. Have a good weekend, gents.
