    Default Trufitt and Hill

I have had 1805 for a while and finally decided to pick up Trafalagar as suggested by some and I have to say I am in love a second time. It has a warm spiciness to it that 1805 doesn't. Even better the lady likes it. Don't get me wrong she likes the 1805 also.

I gotta ask if T&H aftershaves are all great scents. Also who else out there has T&H for their After Shave?

I have the Trafalgar Cream as well as the Aftershave Balm...both are fantastic.

I am a fan of the 1805 aftershave balm on cold winter days. It is a great moisturizer for my face. Never tried the Trafalagar, but want to.

On most days I prefer a liquid aftershave because it sterilizes your face and when the weather is warm the balm is a little heavy.

You should get their sample pack. It has all their creams and balms and I think their pre shave oil. It's on SRD for $10. Sounds like a great deal!

I'd really like to try their balms as many have said good things about them. Might be worth getting one of the sampler packs to try out the effect on my face whilst it's still winter...

I have the Trafalgar balm but don't like it very much. T&H has a tendency to be a little over-perfumed for my taste. While I like the scent, I think there is a bit too much of it. I find it can easily irritate sensitive skin. And this stuff will NOT calm down a little razor burn. It will have the opposite effect. Its cologne in cream form. But the scent it fantastic. I'd suggest the cologne and skip the balm.

Thanks for this OCDshaver. This was a most useful post. I think I won't bother with T&H and stick to the CF balms. My face gets irritated with anything these days...

You're in the UK so this may not be a good solution for you, but this has been the best balm I've found thus far. Its fairly cheap too. I get the unscented. Anyone looking for a good balm option might give it a go. It primary ingredient is aloe juice and contains witch hazel. So it does a good job of soothing.

I love the scent of Trafalgar, but something in the cream causes me some slight irritation (a sort of burning sensation) during the shave. I still use it occasionally, but it's not comfortable as an everyday driver, which is truly sad. Great scent!
