That's just it.........trying to build up a rotation as well. This is #3 for me and I have a Portland Razor in que and was told it is a roughly 2 months waiting list! That is okay.......now with 3 I won't wear out the Dovo and my other RA:rofl2:Quote:

I'm waiting for my Ralf Aust razor now. Should be here tomorrow or Friday at the latest. Can't wait. I have a 5/8 R.A. now. I already have a Dovo 5/8 so decided before using R.A. 5/8 to return it and get a 7/8.

Just got my new Ralf Aust. 7/8 razor with horn scales, Spanish point. Looks great. I'm looking forward to my first shave with it
That is a sweet RA Don! I love these razors. Hard to beat them for sure. My cheapest RA with the black acrylic scales is the most consistent razor I have shave after shave. Hard to believe that a just over a $100 razor would be more consistent than a $200+ razor every time. Not that my others are shabby by any means but the basic RA is one I would keep forever right now.Quote:
