my second custom koraat will be on its way to me shortly. i wanted a complementary razor to the first custom ulrik had made for me.
Details:
- 8/8
- damascus
- near wedge
- camel bone
- nickelsilver hardware
here's my other custom for reference...ebony & ivory; yin yang; peanut butter & jelly
- 8/8
- damascus
- bellied full hollow
- black horn
- brass hardware

I'm sure you will love your new Koraat. I have essentially the same razor only with pink Juma scales and it's one of my favorite shavers.

yes, they use carbon steel for their damascus.

Well it was about timw I joined the club!
Koraat Basic II 8/8" near wedge with olivewood scales and brass spacer.
The blade stain is just oil.

Just received this basic beauty. Thought I would try out his razor before getting into something more elaborate. 7/8 with full hollow belly grind. It is without question, one of the best shaving razors I own. I have vintage and some of the best modern razor makers and this is on the top 3. Just when I thought I was out, they pulled me back in. I gave up saying this is the last one.
