Hi, pleased to meet ya, the bottom one in the first pic looks like Thiers Issard to me, I have one that looks similar with the same scales.

    Nice grouping.

I knew Opinel was famous for knives, but I did not know they also manufactured razors.

    Thank you for the photos.

As mentioned somewhere earlier in this thread, the razors were not made by Opinel themselves but a different French manufacturer. However nobody really knows which manufacturer it was.
There are no indications on any of the blades except the Opinel stamp. One blade has intricate serrations on the top of the spine that might indicate a specific manufacturer.

Gien Steve’s (STF) observation about his TI razor’s similarity to one of yours in the photo, it wouldn’t be a huge leap to conclude that the mystery razor partner for Opinel was Thiers-Issard.

That might be, but I believe his comment was regarding the Pinget razor, which isn't affiliated or stamped with the Opinel mark.

Look familiar? Le Grelot Sheffield Steel. That would indicate that the blank is English, except that I sold an Anton Wingen with the same tang pattern (but not the guilloche spine) to a fellow forum member here.
