Thanked: 0New (old) Boker
Greetings. Long time lurker here but had to create an account to ask for help. I just bought a Boker today at a run down antique store for $5. I've been looking most of the day and have to admit defeat. I've seen exactly one like it somewhere and of course can't find it now, or remember where I saw it. The research I've found leads me to think its post 1891 and Pre 1932. I could however be completely wrong. Can anyone tell me more about it? If it isn't an authentic Boker, or just a combination, at least it looks interesting.
It was rusted in serveral places but after a quick initial polish it seems like something worth keeping. I've got some more pictures if they are needed.

Thanked: 2284Here's my entry. It's a 6/8's king cutter I re-scaled in birds eye maple. I stained it with a red aniline dye and finished it with 8 coats of high gloss polyurethane, walnut wedge. What a great shaver this one is. Still not sure on the date of this one.

Boker Hindoo
Hi
Found this guy recently, 7/8 Hindoo. It has a little bit of staining, and looks to have been re-scaled in it's past. I honed it up (coticule only) and it shaved real nice. (I was a bit concerned, it's the largest blade I have and was not sure if a larger blade was more 'scary'. It was not, my fear was unfounded.)
I didn't even know it was a Boker when I bought it. The only evidence is a really tiny tree on the tail.

Hey all, just wanted to pop in and say how much I love my old Bokers. I have recently decided to sell off all of my other razors because they don't shave nearly as well as my fav 3 - all Bokers.

Thanked: 0Hi, hope it's okay to bump this.
My brother gave me this nice little razor for Christmas and I've only just gotten around to taking some photos of it. I've been having some trouble finding information on it, even after browsing the catalog linked earlier in this thread. I'll apologise in advance for the mediocre images.
On the inside of each scale I can also make out the number 202 stamped into them.
