It seems rather silly to be proud of my Boker compared to every other one in here, but this is my King Cutter that went from this:

It's the first straight razor I bought, honed and shaved with so it will always have a sentimental place in my shaving répertoire. I'll eventually take the leap and rescale it, someday, maybe...
It is a very nice razor! Like mine i think it has character! Nothing flashy but nice and clean and i bet its a great shaver!Quote:

Just sharing with the other Böker lovers.
Here is an original King Cutter with MOP Tang in 5/8 size. very nice shaver extra hollow.
the second is a Bôker Perfection which I rescalled in cocobollo, It is a perfect shaver 7/8 at the toe 6/8 at the heel. One of my best shavers
Found this on E-Bay last week, got it yesterday, for $43.50 figured I couldn't go wrong, as I've never seen a Boker King Cutter quite like this.
Going to get it fixed up, honed, and restored, as the inlays are somewhat coming off the tang.
It's a King Cutter with MOP inlays, it's a 5/8, description says between 1924-35, scales look like bone, not sure.
Anyhow, anyone have any info on this blade?
edit: seems there's one above with the MOP tang...interesting?

Scales dont look original , never seen keen cutter with MOP. get him cleaned up.
