Here is my contribution. I have no idea what make. It is fully functionalble. Looks like ebony scales and the pins are tight. Let me know if anyone knows anything about this razor, age, make or origin.

Unfortunatly there are no marks on the tang. There is what appears to be a half cresent mark one side of tang but I can't tell if it is a marking or just a gash

Alright guys i confirmed that my J. Elliot is from c. 1830-1840 source: Standard Guide To Razors: 3rd Edition Originally Posted by vvti713

8/8 Greaves which im guessing is 1815? not sure so any help is appreciated! I have cleaned up the blad, but have not found new scale material yet. I am replacing the scales as the ones on it did not fit the blade and were pretty much toast.
