I've tried my best to stay away from this thread; I have brush acquisition issues.
Now I have a desire for a Japanese razor.
I just can't get out.

This is the one that pushed me over the edge. I read that the scales were from a different razor though. This makes me feel better, knowing that there is not another one out there like it; waiting for me.

Lol the addiction to Japanese straights is the worst of them all.
As the time passes, so we learn.

Now John, your taste is excellent. Good choice for a Marine.
Proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance.

Does anyone here read Japanese? I'm curious to know what the tang reads (other than, perhaps, EXTRA VERY HARD).
(In the case that it might read TWO GOLDEN MEN / PAKISTAN, please feel free to remain silent.)
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Chris

実用新案特許 = Jitsuyō shin'antokkyo = Utility model patent, with other words = patent number?
